A private villa in Croatia,
on a bay one family has kept since 1947

Four residences above Vinogradišće bay, each with its own pool and one party at a time. Ten minutes by boat from Hvar town, no cars on the island.

A villa in Croatia at Zori means one of four residences, Infinity, Cloud, Eternity and Horizon, set above Vinogradišće bay on Palmižana in the Pakleni Islands. Each residence takes one party at a time and has its own pool facing the water. You reach the bay ten minutes by boat from Hvar town, and there are no cars on the island. The family Tomlinović has looked after this bay since 1947, three generations on. The season runs May through October, when the sea sits at about 23 degrees in June and 26 in August. Dinner is at the Zori Restaurant on the same bay, where the card is written each morning from the boats.

Most often asked.

Where exactly is the villa in Croatia?

Zori sits on Vinogradišće bay, Palmižana, on the island of Sveti Klement in the Pakleni Islands. It is ten minutes by boat from Hvar town, and there are no cars on the island.

Does each villa have its own private pool?

Yes. There are four residences, Infinity, Cloud, Eternity and Horizon, and each takes one party at a time with its own pool facing the bay.

How do we get there from the airport?

The nearest airport is Split, about 90 minutes away by road and catamaran to Hvar town. From there it is a short boat crossing to the bay. We arrange the transfer with you.

When is the villa open?

The season runs May through October. The sea is about 23 degrees in June, 26 in August and 24 in September.

Is there somewhere to eat on the bay?

Yes. The Zori Restaurant is on the same bay. Chef Siniša Jevrosimov writes the card each morning from the boats that come in, so there is no printed menu.

How many parties stay at once?

One party per residence. Each of the four villas is yours alone for your stay, so the bay stays quiet.
