A private villa on Palmižana means one of four residences at Zori Timeless, on Vinogradišće bay on the island of Sveti Klement in the Pakleni Islands. Each residence has its own pool and its own terrace, and takes one party at a time. The crossing from Hvar town is ten minutes by boat. There are no cars on the island, only pine, paths and the sea. The family has kept the bay since 1947, and the restaurant on the water cooks from what the morning boats bring in. The season runs May through October.

Fly to Split, then road and catamaran bring you to Hvar town in about 90 minutes. From Hvar town the crossing to Palmižana takes ten minutes by boat. There are no cars on the island; from the jetty you walk through the pine to the bay. We arrange the crossing with you before you arrive.
Each of the four residences takes one party at a time, with its own pool and terrace. Four parties, at most, share the entire bay. For full privacy the estate can be taken whole: all four residences and the restaurant, one party.
The season runs May through October. The sea reaches about 23 °C in June, 26 °C in August and holds near 24 °C into September.
Yes. Zori Restaurant sits on the water's edge, a short walk from every residence. There is no printed menu; chef Siniša Jevrosimov writes the card daily from what the morning boats bring in.
Infinity has two bedrooms and a private infinity pool, and takes up to six: four adults and two children. Cloud, Eternity and Horizon are each made for two.
