Many of them are working with us for years so we have become one big family now!

‘Business & Romance’

Iva Tomlinovic, as the third generation chef runs this family business for 20 years now, together with her husband Renato. Their wanderlust gastronomic souls found each other and devoted their lives making exceptional dishes with great love and passion. A pinch of love and a great sense for business is all it takes to make this culinary affair work. Before them, her mother and father ran the business for over 40 years, and prior to that, her father’s uncle and his wife (ZOrko & RIta – that’s where the name ZORI comes from) were the first generation of the family to begin the Zori story on the Pakleni Islands, in 1947.
