As a family-owned and run restaurant with over 60 years of hospitality and fine dining tradition, Zori has established itself on the gastronomic map of Croatia and beyond. Today, with four new luxury residences on the estate next to the restaurant, Zori has evolved into a one-of-a-kind hotel where guests have everything they need for a superb indulgent vacation experience.

We are looking for a dedicated Waiter to join our team and contribute to the exceptional service standard of our restaurant.

Job description:

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
• Present and serve dishes and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Guide guests through our menu and wine selection, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.
• Work efficiently under pressure while collaborating with the rest of the team.

Requirements:

• Fine dining experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with an adaptable mentality and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of Mediterranean and modern Mediterranean cuisine
• Ability to present dishes with finesse
• Fluent in English, Croatian, and other languages
• Calm under pressure, focused, and committed to continuous improvement
